Tova Clay Creations
I love working with clay because it is forgiving. If you make a mistake while working on clay, more often than not the piece will turn out even more wonderfully than you expected. Another thing I love about working with clay is that it is a great primer for non-attachment. Sometimes a piece you absolutely loved before the glaze firing comes out horribly, and at other times a piece you didn’t have high hopes for ends up surpassing expectations. The mysterious kiln gods keep you guessing, and the unexpectedness of results embodies the philosophy of non-attachment.
